When you first get your new scanner, it should prompt you to update it. If you receive a replacement scanner or already have an existing Skulpt app, you will need to initiate the update by yourself.
To do so, tap the 'Settings' tab on your Skulpt app, then tap "Update Chisel" and follow the prompts on your app.
If you are having an issue updating your scanner, please try the following steps:
- Un-pair any other Bluetooth devices linked to your phone.
- Then try to update your scanner again. When the scanner has been updated successfully, you can reconnect the other devices to your phone.
- If this does not work, please re-pair the scanner to your app by tapping 'Pair Device' in the 'Settings' tab of your app and following the prompts in the app.
- Once your scanner has been repaired, please tap to 'Update Chisel' again in your 'Settings' tab.
